I would give six stars if that was an option. James was the technician that was sent to my mother-in-law‘s, he provided excellent communication and pictures as well as recommendations to proceed forward with the work that needs to be done. I have had a few companies out over the past couple of years. None of them have provided the level of expertise and customer service that James provided !! Highly recommended and appreciated

Great Service at a Fair Price – I contacted Dobbs Air Conditioning and Heating for a cooling issue and was given an appointment time. Later I received a text letting me know the service tech was on his way. Aaron and his partner arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. After I accepted his estimate of the repair cost, he and his partner completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call upon them for any heating and cooling needs.
