I called to receive a quote when our air conditioning system quit working, and they were prompt to respond. They communicated well throughout the whole process, and completely replaced our inside/outside units within 4 1/2 hours. They are professional, personable, and fair!

Absolutely, hands down Awesome ! – our AC condenser unit died …. Dobbs Heating & Air had a technician out with on 1 hour… diagnosed the issues , unfortunately a full replacement for us but made it easy and AFFORDABLE!! – with in 24 hours of the problem we have a NEW unit !! Highly, absolutely Recommend!!!
I’ve had a maintenance contract for 5 years now and Dobbs has always come through for me. Even when it was a complicated, time consuming fix. 2 years ago they replaced all 3 of our compressors and did an excellent job for an extremely good price. We will continue to use and recommend Dobbs. I would recommend giving them a try if you’re in the Whitesboro TX area.
