James was the technician that was sent to my mother-in-law‘s, he provided excellent communication and pictures as well as recommendations to proceed forward with the work that needs to be done. I have had a few companies out over the past couple of years. None of them have provided the level of expertise and customer service that James provided !! Highly recommended and appreciated
