I’ve had a maintenance contract for 5 years now and Dobbs has always come through for me. Even when it was a complicated, time consuming fix. 2 years ago they replaced all 3 of our compressors and did an excellent job for an extremely good price. We will continue to use and recommend Dobbs. I would recommend giving them a try if you’re in the Whitesboro TX area.

Dobbs Air Conditioning and heating is our “go to” company for all things HVAC. They are easy to contact and highly responsive. They’ll help with new equipment or things as simple as routine maintenance. They know how to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. I highly recommend them. James was the technician that was sent to my mother-in-law‘s, he provided excellent communication and pictures as well as recommendations to proceed forward with the work that needs to be done. I have had a few companies out over the past couple of years. None of them have provided the level of expertise and customer service that James provided !! Highly recommended and appreciated
Great Service at a Fair Price – I contacted Dobbs Air Conditioning and Heating for a cooling issue and was given an appointment time. Later I received a text letting me know the service tech was on his way. Aaron and his partner arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. After I accepted his estimate of the repair cost, he and his partner completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call upon them for any heating and cooling needs.
I contacted Dobbs through FB messenger and got a response extremely fast and prompt! they explained their service agreement and I agreed and they were able to schedule within a short time. Aaron was my tech and he went beyond my expectations. every time I’ve contacted Dobbs they’ve been great and were the best!
